Summer Rates

The prices are per day and per apartment, including the gourmet breakfast for two people and all other
LES DOLOMITES inclusive services, plus € 2,40 local tax per night per person aged 14 and over
(legally required tourist tax).

BOOKING INFORMATION

Here you find the reductions for children, sharing with 2 adults, including the breakfast

from 0 to 0,99 years there is no charge (Babybed 10,00 EUR per day) 
from 1 to 5 years 21,00 Euro
from 6 to 8 years 39,00 Euro
from 9 to 12 years 45,00 Euro
from 13 to 16 years 51,00 Euro

The cost for an additional person in an appartment whit 2 bedrooms is 72,00 Euro per day in an apartment with 1 bedroom 60,00 Euro per day. 

The cost of the obligatory final cleaning up to 4 nights is 65,00 Euro below 4 nights 40,00 EUR. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
On your day of arrival, your holiday apartment will be available from 14:30. On your day of departure,
please vacate the apartment by 10:00. If you will be arriving after 20:00, please let us know by phone.
Late check-out on the day of departure is only possible by arrangement with the reception. 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION
Your stay in the Dolomites will be definitively confirmed when you receive an e-mail confirmation from us.
Too make your holiday reservation binding, we ask you for a deposit of 30% of the total price of the stay.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by providing your credit card number. Please find out about travel cancellation insurance options, which will cover the resulting fees in the event of last-minute cancellation. 

CANCELLATIONS
Please inform us in writing if you need to cancel your stay. 

• There is no charge for cancellations up to 60 days before arrival.
• For cancellations between 59 and 30 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked travel price.
• For cancellations between 29 and 20 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked travel price. 

In the event of last-minute cancellation (up to 19 before arrival), late arrival, or early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount.

We accept payments by cash till 2.999,00 Euro debit card and credit card
(except American Express and Diners Club).

BOOKABLE ADDITIONAL SERVICES - Our "CLEAN ME packages"

• CLEAN ME 7 - Daily cleaning and laundry service for 7 nights 220,00 Euro
• CLEAN ME 6 - Daily cleaning and laundry service for 6 nights 190,00 Euro
• CLEAN ME 5 - Daily cleaning and laundry service for 5 nights 160,00 Euro
• CLEAN ME 4 - Daily cleaning and laundry service for 4 nights 130,00 Euro

Alle "CLEAN ME" packages include the obligatory final cleaning price of 60,00 Euro.
The price for the daily cleaning and laundry service for 1 day is of 60,00 Euro. 

CAR PARK
You are welcome to park your car in our underground car park for the entire duration of your stay at no extra charge. 

CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC CARS                                                                                                                       We provide you with charging stations for electric cars. 

PET-FRIENDLY
We are happy to welcome your four-legged friend to our holiday home, so that you can enjoy the impressive natural landscape of the Dolomites together. There are beautiful walks and hikes that set out from our holiday home, so you can spend time together in the fresh air. However, dogs are not allowed in the dining room, wellness area, or garden. Thank you for your cooperation. We charge 15,00 Euro per day (without food) for accommodating your four-legged friend. Please note that if the inventory is damaged, the dog owner must bear the costs. 

NO SMOKING
We also value a healthy lifestyle in our holiday home. Please note that all apartments, the lounge bar,
and our wellness area are non-smoking areas. You are welcome to enjoy a cigarette outdoors.
